W Rock

W Rock, a.k.a. Double Rock, is a dive site that we visit when there is strong wind from the south. If you swim out towards the sea, the bottom quickly slips away underneath you and reaches large depths. A few swim-throughs are located here. In the shallower parts you can find two big rocks with a large school of barracudas often times circling around it. As this dive site is located just off the tall cliffs of Cape Zampa, which cast a long shadow, on a sunny day it is very beautiful to swim on the edge between light and darkness.
