Kayauchi Banta

Kayauchi Banta is a beautiful wall drift dive at Cape Hedo. Kayauchi Banta is the name of the tourist observation deck on the rocks just above the dive site. As we always do this dive as a drift dive, good buoyancy control is critical. The main point of interest here is a large rock covered with beautiful soft corals at a depth of about 35 meters. To the side of it is an area with rare gobies. Towards the end of the dive we venture out away from the wall into the ocean to give us a taste of a blue water dive.
