Zamami Island

Zamami is one of the largest and most picturesque islands of the Keramas. If you stand on top of its tallest hill, just above the main village (also called Zamami), you can get a splendid view of the entire archipelago. We visit several dive sites in this area, predominantly to the north and east of the island. The north side offers varied terrain - some dive sites have steep walls, others consists of a maze of underwater hills with healthy corals, and yet others have swim-throughs, caves, and interesting rock formations. The dive sites on the east side of Zamami are mostly characterized by gradual sloping bottoms that are home to many turtles.
